Counter identification card
A small TBH counter card so customers know they are in the right place the moment they walk in. No large signage, no branding requirements beyond the card.
Window sticker
A TBH window sticker visible from the street — so customers travelling to your location can confirm they have arrived before they walk in.
Staff Quick Reference Card
A printed card to post at the counter covering the full TBH check-in and collection process — so every staff member, including part-time and cover staff, knows the process without needing to be trained separately.
Bailee's liability insurance
Comprehensive insurance covering every item stored under TBH protocols. Guardian partners are not personally liable for items stored in good faith. TBH handles all claims and dispute resolution directly.

Every customer query, complaint, or dispute goes to TBH — not to you. You deal with TBH. Customers deal with TBH. The Guardian partner is never caught between a customer and a claim.

Keep your hours live
Customers book storage based on your confirmed hours. Update your status in the TBH Partner app before any change — early closing, holidays, or unexpected events. A Guardian who marks unavailable before closing protects their customers and their rating. A Guardian who closes without notice risks suspension from the network.
Train all your staff
Every staff member who may be at the counter — full-time, part-time, and cover — must know the TBH process. TBH provides a Staff Quick Reference Card to post at the counter. A customer arriving with a valid booking must never be turned away by an untrained staff member.
Follow TBH protocols every time
Photo, seal, weigh, scan — the same process for every item, every transaction. The protocols protect you, the customer, and TBH's ability to resolve any dispute quickly and fairly. Shortcuts create liability. The process eliminates it.
Manage your capacity
Set your maximum capacity in the TBH Partner app and keep it accurate. Use the daily override when you can take fewer items than usual. Customers see your live availability — accurate capacity means customers only arrive when you can serve them.
