Guardians keep 70% of every booking made at their location. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no minimum booking requirements. Your earnings are paid out regularly and you'll receive a regular statement showing every booking and payment

Who can become a Guardian

To become a Guardian your business needs a physical location with regular opening hours, a secure area to hold bags (a back room, a locked cupboard, or equivalent), a staff member able to handle drop-offs and pickups, and a willingness to treat every traveler's belongings with care. Most cafés, hotels, hostels, shops, and co-working spaces qualify. If you're not sure, apply anyway — we'll let you know.

What businesses ask first

How much work is involved for my staff?

Most drop-offs and pickups take under two minutes. Staff check the bag in on the Guardian dashboard, hand over a confirmation code, and log the pickup when the traveler returns. No specialist training required.

What if something goes wrong with a bag?

Every booking includes Bag Protection — disputes are handled by TBH, not by you. You won't be held liable for covered incidents. See the Trust Center for full details.

Can I set my own hours and capacity?

Yes — you control your available hours and how many bags you accept at any one time. To update your availability or pause your listing, just send us a message and we'll make the change promptly.

How and when do I get paid?

Your 70% share is calculated automatically and you'll receive a regular statement showing every booking and payment. Payouts are made on a regular schedule to your nominated account.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

here's no minimum commitment. You can pause or leave the network at any time. The Guardian Agreement sets out the full terms — you'll receive it during onboarding.
