Know a cafe, shop, studio, coworking space, or any local business that would be perfect for the TBH World? Submit their details through our nomination form. Each nomination takes two minutes — and every one that joins earns you commission for 12 months.

If your nominee applies and passes Guardian verification, they go live as a verified TBH Guardian location — offering secure storage to travellers, commuters, and event-goers in their city.

Every time your nominee completes a storage transaction in the TBH World, you earn commission — automatically, for 12 months from the date they go live. No follow-up required.
Two ways to be a TBH Insider
Anyone can be a TBH Insider.
You don't need an audience, a platform, or a following. If you know a great local business that would be perfect for the TBH World, you're already qualified. Nominate them and start earning when they do.
Guardians earn twice.
Already a verified TBH Guardian? You're automatically eligible as a TBH Insider. Nominate neighbouring businesses you know and trust — the cafe next door, the studio down the street — and earn commission on their transactions on top of your own storage income. Your local relationships are your competitive advantage in the TBH World.
What you earn

TBH Insiders earn the same commission as our professional Concierge partners. No audience required. Local knowledge is valued the same as platform reach in the TBH World.
12 months from go-live — renewable.
Your commission runs for 12 months from the date your nominee goes live as a Guardian. Refer another new active Guardian before the window closes and your commission renews for another 12 months.
Automatic, ongoing — and always confirmed.
Commission is tracked and paid automatically. Whether you're an individual or a company, we check in quarterly with your earnings summary and annually to confirm your contact details, payout information, and continued participation. This keeps your account active, your payments flowing, and your place in the TBH World secure.
What makes a great nomination
A staffed, publicly accessible location.
The best Guardian nominations are businesses with a regular physical presence — a counter, a reception, or a front-of-house team. Somewhere a customer can confidently drop off and collect a bag.
An existing, independently operating business.
TBH Guardians must be existing businesses with a primary activity beyond storage. A cafe, a coworking space, a boutique, a studio — any legal business that already serves walk-in customers is a strong candidate.
A business that would benefit from more foot traffic.
Every TBH drop-off brings a new visitor to a Guardian's location. The best nominations are family-friendly businesses that already welcome walk-in customers — cafes, shops, studios, coworking spaces, hotels, and similar venues. Locations that are age-restricted, adult-oriented, or unsuitable for general public access are not eligible.
Common questions
How much do I earn per nomination?
TBH Insiders earn the same commission rate as our professional Concierge partners — a share of the transaction fee on every booking your nominee completes, for 12 months from their go-live date. Commission is tracked and paid automatically.
Do I need an account or platform to participate?
No. TBH Insiders are independent — no audience, no platform, no follower count required. If you know a great local business, you qualify. You operate as an independent contractor and your commission is tied to your nominees' performance, not to any platform or referral link.
Can I nominate a business I own or work for?
No. Self-referral is not permitted under the TBH Insider programme. Nominations must be for businesses you have no ownership interest or employment relationship with.
What happens after 12 months?
Your commission window runs for 12 months from your nominee's go-live date. To renew, nominate another business that goes live as a Guardian before the window closes. Each new active Guardian you refer renews your commission for a further 12 months.
How does annual confirmation work?
Once a year, TBH will contact you to confirm your contact details, payout information, and continued participation in the programme. For business Insiders, we also confirm company trading status and authorised signatory. This keeps your account active and your payments flowing.
Can I nominate businesses in any city?
Yes. Nominations are accepted for any location — TBH is growing across the US and globally. If your nominee is in a city where TBH is not yet active, they join a verified queue and go live as the network expands to their area.
What kinds of businesses are not eligible?
Locations that are age-restricted, adult-oriented, or not suitable for general public access are not eligible as Guardian locations. Nominees must be existing, independently operating businesses with a staffed, publicly accessible premises and a primary activity other than storage.
I'm already a Guardian. Can I also be an Insider?
Yes — and you're automatically eligible. Verified TBH Guardians can nominate other local businesses they know and trust, earning Insider commission on their transactions on top of their own Guardian income. Your local network is your advantage.
