$39.99 a month, globally fixed. A lower per-order fee applies each time you use it, charged once your order is collected or returned. At around 40 orders a month the monthly fee is fully offset — above that, every order saves you money.

Click & Collect
Deposit an order with a Guardian instead of shipping to the buyer's door. They collect at their convenience using a PIN. Ideal for local sellers and buyers who prefer a staffed pickup point over a doorstep delivery.
Seller pays a daily storage fee while the order awaits collection. 7-day holding period — after that a return-to-sender fee applies. Buyer collects with a PIN, no account required.
Parcel collection point
Buyers who can't receive parcels at home can nominate a Guardian location as their delivery address. The Guardian accepts the parcel, holds it securely, and releases it when the recipient presents their PIN.
Recipient pays a flat collection fee on pickup. First 7 days free. A daily storage charge applies after that. After 14 days the parcel is returned to sender. Any courier accepted — no pre-registration required.
