How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks ahead for large events to allow time for site visits, staffing, and equipment planning. For smaller functions we can often move faster — get in touch to discuss your timeline.
How is Event Check priced?
Event Check is quoted per event based on expected attendance, venue size, duration, and staffing requirements. Get in touch with your event details and we'll put together a transparent, itemized quote.
Do you provide staff and equipment?
Yes — TBH provides everything. Staff, storage equipment, tags, signage, and reconciliation. You don't need to supply anything or brief your own team.
What happens if an attendee loses their tag?
We have a verification process for lost tags — attendees provide a description of their bag and ID. No bag is released without verification. This is documented in our event reconciliation report.
Can Event Check be added to an existing venue contract?
Yes — Event Check operates as a standalone service and can be added to any event regardless of existing venue arrangements. We work alongside your venue, catering, and security teams.
