How far in advance do I need to book?
You can book same-day — most Guardian locations have same-day availability. Booking ahead guarantees your spot.
Can I drop off without booking?
Walk-ins are welcome at participating locations, but availability isn't guaranteed. A quick booking takes less than a minute.
What sizes can I store?
We use three sizes — Lobby (small), Suite (medium), and Grand (large). If your bag fits in an overhead bin, it's a Suite or smaller.
What if I need to pick up earlier or later than planned?
You can adjust your pickup time from your confirmation. Extensions are subject to availability at the Guardian location.
What happens if something goes wrong with my bag?

Storage duration and overstay policy
Your storage duration starts when the Guardian confirms your drop-off. A 15-minute grace period applies after your paid time expires. If you need longer, your booking automatically upgrades to the next duration tier — 2 hours, 4 hours, same-day, or overnight — and the difference is collected at collection. You'll receive a reminder before your time runs out.
