No — you can walk in to any Guardian location that shows available spaces. Booking ahead reserves your space and confirms the Guardian is open before you travel. Recommended for busy days or high-footfall events nearby.
What if a Guardian location is full?
Full locations are marked on the search page with a Get Notified option. Enter your number and TBH will send a WhatsApp or SMS when a space opens — either through a cancellation or a collection freeing capacity. The next nearest available Guardian is shown automatically.
What if the Guardian is closed when I arrive?
Guardian partners confirm their hours in real time. If a location marks itself unavailable, TBH notifies affected customers immediately. If you arrive to find a location closed unexpectedly, contact TBH directly — we will arrange an alternative or a refund. You deal with us, never with the Guardian.
What can I store?
