What people ask first.
Do I need to book ahead?
No. You can walk in to any participating Guardian location and check in on the spot. Booking ahead is available if you want to confirm a location has capacity before you arrive, but it's never required.
Can I extend my check-in if I'm running late?
Yes. You can extend your check-in through TBH before your original window expires. The additional time is billed at the same flat-rate structure. If your Guardian location closes before you can collect, TBH will help you arrange an alternative.
What if the Guardian location is full?
Guardian locations set their own capacity limits. If a location is full, it will not appear as available in the search results. Search for the next nearest Guardian and book there instead.
Is there a size limit?
Check-In accepts items up to carry-on luggage size. For larger items — full-size suitcases, equipment cases, or oversized bags — use TBH standard bag storage instead. Guardian locations can also accept larger items at their own discretion.
What's covered if something happens?
