What traders ask first.
Can I store cash with my stock?
No. The Night Safe is for physical goods — bags, boxes, and trade stock. Cash, valuables, and financial instruments are not eligible for storage and should not be included in any Night Safe drop-off.
How do I know my stock is safe overnight?
Every Night Safe item is sealed with a tamper-evident seal at drop-off and photographed. The Guardian holds your stock in a secure area overnight. Your items are covered by TBH Bag Protection from the moment they're checked in. If a seal is broken or an item is damaged, TBH investigates and the protection policy applies.
Can I book the same Guardian every day?
Yes. Many Night Safe users build a regular arrangement with a Guardian near their pitch. The monthly subscription tier is designed for exactly this — a recurring arrangement that gives you consistent overnight storage without booking each night individually.
What if I need to pick up outside normal hours?
Collection is available during the Guardian's trading hours. If you need to pick up before the Guardian opens, arrange this directly with your Guardian when you drop off. The monthly subscription tier is best suited to traders with a fixed daily routine.
Is there a minimum booking period?
No. You can book a single night with no commitment. The Night Safe is available as a one-off, multi-night, or monthly subscription — whatever suits your trading pattern. There's no minimum and no penalty for not booking.
