Your warehouse is already built. It's called a city.
The Bag Hotel's global Guardian network gives brands and manufacturers a new way to hold stock — close to customers, without the overhead. No leases. No utilities. No staff. Just insured, flexible storage in the cities where your customers live and work.
The traditional warehousing model is broken
Locked into long leases
5 to 10-year warehouse commitments don't flex with your inventory cycles. You pay whether your shelves are full or empty.
Far from your customers
Central warehouses mean longer delivery windows, higher last-mile costs, and slower response to local demand.
Fixed costs that don't scale
Utilities, staff, security, and facility management eat margin regardless of how much stock you're moving.
A smarter way to hold stock globally
No lease, no overhead
Pay only for the storage you use, when you use it. No utilities, no staff costs, no facility management. When your inventory runs out, your costs stop.
Stock where your customers are
The TBH Guardian network spans cities globally. Place your stock close to your customers — in the neighborhoods, districts, and cities where they live and work.
Faster to your customer's door
Stock held locally means shorter last-mile distances, faster fulfillment, and lower delivery costs. Same-day dispatch becomes a realistic option, not a premium one.
Built differently from the ground up
100% insured
Every item in the TBH network is covered. Your stock is protected from the moment it's checked in to the moment it leaves.
Your data, your relationships
Unlike marketplace fulfillment networks, TBH doesn't own your customer relationships or your sales data. You do.
Reduced shrinkage risk
Verified Guardians, tamper-evident processes, and a documented chain of custody at every location reduce the shrinkage risks common in large warehouse environments.
No minimum inventory
Scale up or down without penalty. There's no minimum stock requirement — use as much or as little of the network as your business needs.
In-city presence, globally
From launch cities in the US to expansion markets across Africa, Europe, and Asia — the TBH network is built for global brands with local ambitions.
We find the locations
Tell us where your customers are. We secure Guardian storage at those locations. You focus on your product — we handle the network.
How it works
Tell us where your customers are
Share your target cities and markets. We map your customer locations against our Guardian network and identify the best storage points.
We secure the locations
We onboard and equip Guardian locations in your target cities. Your stock is checked in, logged, and insured from day one.
Fulfill from the city
When an order comes in, your stock is ready for last-mile dispatch from a Guardian location close to your customer. Faster, cheaper, simpler.
What we store
The TBH distributed storage network is designed for non-perishable consumer goods — fashion and apparel, cosmetics and personal care, sporting goods, books and print media, and general e-commerce products. Storage is subject to local and applicable laws in each market. We do not currently accept food, pharmaceuticals, electronics, or controlled items.
This is where global distribution changes.
Distributed storage for brands is in active development. If you're a manufacturer or brand interested in placing stock closer to your customers — anywhere in the world — we'd like to hear from you.
