Search for a TBH Guardian location near your job site. Every Guardian is a verified local business — a café, dry cleaner, or shop — that has been approved and trained by TBH.

Hand over your tools, equipment, or PPE. Each item is digitally logged and assigned a tamper-evident seal. You receive a unique PIN. No paper ticket needed.

What is the difference between the Urban Toolshed and Project Toolshed?
The Urban Toolshed is daily commuter storage for individual tradespeople between job sites — stored at a Guardian location near their work, collected at the end of the day. The Project Toolshed is dedicated infrastructure for construction and industrial project sites — dedicated units per contractor, 24-hour shift coverage, and continuous camera monitoring. The Urban Toolshed is a daily transaction service. The Project Toolshed is a managed service contracted for the duration of the project.
How does the Toolshed work for a crew of ten electricians?
Under a Toolshed crew partner agreement, each crew member gets access to a TBH Guardian location near their job site. They drop tools at the start of the day and collect at the end. Usage is tracked by account and invoiced monthly. Partner pricing is available for crews of five or more. Contact us to discuss your crew size and locations.
Can TBH handle 24-hour construction sites with multiple contractors?
Yes. The Project Toolshed is specifically designed for 24-hour multi-contractor operations. Each contractor receives a dedicated, physically separate storage unit with their own access control, audit trail, and reconciliation reports. TBH staff cover day, evening, and night shifts — with a documented handover and reconciliation report at every shift change. Cameras operate continuously across all three shifts.
Is TBH insured for construction tools and specialist equipment?
Yes. TBH carries comprehensive bailee's liability insurance covering all items in custody, including tools, specialist instruments, and approved equipment. How does the digital chain of custody work?
Every item checked in generates a digital transaction record — worker identity, item type, tamper-evident seal number, camera timestamp, and PIN issuance. Collection requires PIN confirmation. Seal integrity is verified at collection. At every shift end, a complete reconciliation report is generated showing every item, every transaction, and any discrepancies. Records are exportable for integration with project HSE management systems.
