What's covered.
Every Toolshed drop-off includes TBH Protection up to $1,500 (US). One important rule: battery-powered tools only — no fuel, gas, or flammable equipment. Guardians will ask you to confirm this at drop-off.

Do I need to book ahead?
No booking is required for single-use drop-offs — just find a Guardian near your job site and drop in. For weekly and monthly plans, your plan covers you at any participating Toolshed Guardian location without advance booking. If you're dropping off a Heavy volume of stock, it's worth confirming space with your Guardian in advance.
Does my plan renew automatically?
Yes. Weekly and monthly Toolshed plans renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time from your TBH account. There are no cancellation fees.
Can I store fuel-powered tools or equipment?
No. The Toolshed accepts battery-powered tools only. Fuel-powered equipment, gas-powered tools, flammable materials, and compressed gas canisters are not eligible for storage. Guardians will ask you to confirm your tools are battery-powered at drop-off. If you're unsure, get in touch before you arrive.
