What size organisation qualifies for a group membership?
There's no minimum size. We work with organisations of all sizes — from small worker collectives to national associations. Get in touch and we'll work out what makes sense for your membership.
How does billing work?
Your organisation receives a single consolidated invoice covering all member usage. Billing frequency and format are agreed during setup. There's no need for individual members to manage payment separately.
Do members need to create individual TBH accounts?
Members access storage through the standard TBH booking flow. Your organisation's group membership means their rates and billing are handled centrally — they just find a Guardian and book.
What locations are available to group members?
Group members can use any Guardian in the TBH network. Coverage is strongest in the US and growing globally. If your members are concentrated in specific cities or routes, mention that when you get in touch and we'll confirm coverage.
Can we set usage limits or caps per member?
Yes. Usage parameters — including per-member limits, allowance resets, and eligible service types — are all configurable as part of your group membership agreement. We design the structure around what works for your organisation.
Is this the same as the Veranda membership?
No. Veranda is TBH's individual membership programme. Group memberships are a separate arrangement designed for organisations — with centralised billing, tailored rates, and terms agreed directly with us. Individual Veranda memberships can still be gifted to members separately via the Give page.
