It's open to podcasters, LinkedIn creators, YouTube reviewers, bloggers, Substack writers, local community organisers, travel and lifestyle voices, and anyone else with real relationships to small businesses worth bringing into the TBH World. If you can introduce great businesses to The Bag Hotel, you can earn from it — wherever you are.

Get your unique referral code and link, and share them with businesses you think would make great Guardians. They enter your code when they apply.

Once your referred business is approved and processes its first transaction, you start earning 10% of TBH's share of their revenue — for 12 months, renewable.

Most referral programs pay you once, for one moment. The Concierge Program pays you for a full year of a Guardian's revenue — every transaction they process, for 12 months from their very first one. Keep referring active Guardians, and it keeps renewing.

Do I need a minimum number of followers to apply?
No. The Concierge Program has no follower minimum. We care about the quality of your relationships with local businesses — not your audience size. If you can introduce great businesses to The Bag Hotel, you qualify.
How does my commission actually work?
Once a business you referred is approved as a Guardian and completes their first transaction, you earn 10% of TBH's share of every transaction they process — automatically, for 12 months. Commission is tracked through your unique referral code and paid out monthly.
What happens after the first 12 months?
Your 12-month commission window is tied to each Guardian you refer. To renew, refer another business that goes live as a Guardian before the window closes. Each new active Guardian resets the clock for another 12 months. There's no limit to how many Guardians you can refer.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is paid out monthly. Payment details are confirmed during onboarding. TBH uses Partnero to track and manage all Concierge Program commissions — you'll have access to a dashboard showing your referrals, earnings, and payment history.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. The Concierge Program is non-exclusive. You can participate alongside other affiliate or referral programs. The only requirement is that the businesses you refer are genuine, independently operating local businesses that meet TBH's Guardian eligibility criteria.
