At the nearest TBH Guardian location — a vetted independent business near the traveller's hotel, conference venue, or meeting address. Each item receives a tamper-evident seal and a unique PIN.

Attends meetings, conference sessions, or client dinners without managing luggage. Collects by PIN at any time within the booked window. Under 30 seconds per transaction.

Which markets does TBH currently operate in?
TBH is launching in Chicago in Q3/Q4 2026 and expanding to additional US cities through 2027. International markets are planned for 2027 onwards. Contact us to confirm coverage in your travellers' most frequent destinations and to discuss priority market expansion.
How does the TMC commission model work?
TMCs earn a per-booking commission on every TBH storage transaction booked through their platform. Commission rates are agreed at partnership level. TBH settles monthly with a detailed booking report. No upfront integration cost for established TMC platforms. Contact us to discuss rates and integration options.
Can TBH storage be expensed through a corporate travel programme?
Yes. TBH issues itemised receipts for every booking, formatted for standard expense reporting. Travel managers can add TBH as a preferred supplier category in their policy, making storage reimbursable alongside ground transport and meals. Booking data is available in monthly reports for programme analytics.
How does the airline loyalty integration work?
TBH can integrate with airline loyalty programmes as a miles or points redemption partner, or as a complimentary benefit for business and first class passengers. The airline sets the redemption rate and eligibility. TBH handles fulfilment at Guardian locations in all shared markets. Contact us to discuss the technical integration and commercial terms.
What does a corporate venue need to host a TBH Guardian point?
A designated area of approximately 6ft x 4ft near reception or in the lobby. No power, no infrastructure, and no additional staff are required. TBH supplies all equipment, trains the nominated reception contact in under 30 minutes, and handles all insurance. The venue earns a revenue share on every transaction settled monthly.
Does TBH carry insurance?
Yes. TBH carries comprehensive bailee's liability insurance covering all items in our custody. A certificate of insurance is available on request. We can name corporate venues and partner organisations as additionally insured where required by contract.
