After two or more events, TBH issues a preferred organiser agreement — fixed rate card for 12 months, priority availability across your event calendar, and a dedicated TBH contact for all bookings.

Can TBH scale to a large trade show with thousands of attendees?
Yes. For large-scale events, TBH deploys multiple staffed desks across the floor. We discuss placement, staffing ratios, and desk count as part of the quote process for events over 1,000 attendees.
Does TBH handle laptops and electronics?
Yes. Electronics is a specific item category in the TBH system. Staff take additional photos and add a condition note at check-in. Attendees accept TBH's electronics disclaimer before a PIN is issued. TBH is not liable for pre-existing software, hardware, or battery issues.
What is the pre-registration add-on?
Attendees can pre-book bag storage at the time of event registration. You receive confirmed numbers before the event day. TBH sizes staffing accordingly. Pre-registered attendees move through check-in faster on the day. Ask us about integrating pre-registration with your existing event platform.
Can TBH provide a certificate of insurance?
