We set up at or near the venue
For ceremonies with security perimeters, TBH sets up outside. For award galas and prize-givings, we set up inside at the entrance. No conflict with venue security.

Guests check in and collect
Each item receives a tamper-evident seal and a unique PIN. Guests enter the ceremony hands-free and collect by PIN when it ends. Under 30 seconds per transaction.

Full reconciliation report
Within 48 hours: all items checked in, items collected, any uncollected items with photographs. Delivered to your events office automatically.

What events teams ask us.
Does TBH interfere with the venue's security or bag policy?
No. For ceremonies with security perimeters, TBH operates outside the perimeter — in the approach, concourse, or adjacent area before guests go through security screening. We do not operate inside the venue and have no conflict with the stadium or arena's clear bag policy. For award galas and prize-givings without a security perimeter, TBH operates inside at the entrance as a standard coat check service.
Does TBH require involvement from our events team on the day?
No. TBH is self-contained. We bring all staff, equipment, seals, and system. On the day, you do not need to manage, staff, or monitor TBH's operation. We coordinate directly with the venue on placement before the event. After the event, you receive a reconciliation report automatically.
Can families pre-book before the ceremony?
Yes. For university and high school commencements with online registration, TBH can be offered as a pre-bookable add-on during the graduation registration process. Pre-registered families move through check-in faster on the day and you have confirmed numbers in advance. Ask us about integration with your existing registration platform.
What happens to items if a family or guest does not collect?
Any uncollected items are photographed and logged in full before TBH packs down. We notify the events office with item details and seal numbers. Collection can be arranged via a follow-up appointment. TBH does not dispose of any uncollected items without consent.
Can TBH work at an outdoor ceremony?
Yes. TBH operates from freestanding desks and brings all equipment. We need a designated area — typically 6ft x 4ft per desk — near the ceremony entrance. For outdoor ceremonies, we bring weather-appropriate covering for stored items on request.
Does TBH carry insurance?
Yes. TBH carries comprehensive bailee's liability insurance covering all items in our custody. A certificate of insurance is available on request. We can name your institution, venue, and organisation as additionally insured where required.
