Every Guardian is a real, vetted business with a physical address and a person at the counter. We check them before they join — not just anyone can hold your bag.
Sealed & logged at drop-off
Your bag is weighed, photographed, and sealed with a tamper-evident tag when you hand it over. You'll know instantly if anything's been disturbed at pickup.
Bag Protection on every booking
Every bag is covered against loss, theft, or damage — included, with no add-on fees. Declare high-value items at check-in for the higher coverage tier.
We handle disputes, not you
If anything goes wrong, you deal with The Bag Hotel directly — never the Guardian. You're never left to argue with a stranger over your belongings.
Reportable, always
Anyone — a customer, a neighbour, a former staff member — can report a concern about a Guardian, any time. We investigate every report.

Report a safety concern
If something about a Guardian or a booking ever feels wrong, tell us. You don't need an account, and you don't need to be the customer — anyone can report. We take every report seriously and investigate. Reports can be made confidentially; we'll only involve others where genuinely necessary to keep people safe.
