Do you need venue approval to operate outside the perimeter?
For stadium and arena events, TBH operates on public ground outside the venue security perimeter — typically on the sidewalk, plaza, or fan arrival area adjacent to the venue. This generally does not require venue approval. For events where TBH needs to operate inside the venue footprint, we work with the venue or LOC to agree the specific setup location. We handle all logistics discussions at the planning stage.
How do you handle the volume at a very large event?
TBH scales staffing and desk count to match confirmed demand for each event. For pre-registration events, we staff to confirmed booking numbers plus a walk-up buffer. For walk-up events, we work with the organiser to estimate expected demand and staff accordingly. The PIN-based system means each transaction takes under 60 seconds — significantly faster than paper ticket or name-based systems.
Does TBH work with RunSignup or RaceRoster?
Yes. TBH can be added to RunSignup and RaceRoster as a registration add-on. For immediate launch, a payment link embedded in your registration confirmation email also works with no technical integration required. Contact us to discuss which approach fits your platform and timeline.
What happens to items not collected after the event?
Any items not collected at event close are photographed, sealed, and logged. TBH notifies the event organiser of any uncollected items before packing down and handles all direct contact with the fan. Full details are included in the post-event reconciliation report.
Can TBH operate at outdoor events in all weather conditions?
Yes. TBH brings weather-appropriate infrastructure for outdoor events. Setup requirements based on your venue, expected conditions, and event footprint are discussed at the quote stage.
How does the college athletics partnership work with Campus Keeper?
Universities that partner with TBH via Campus Keeper — for on-campus storage embedded in student tuition — can extend that arrangement to their athletic venues under the same commercial agreement. Football stadiums, basketball arenas, and all other varsity event venues are covered. The university athletic department works with the same TBH contact and the same commercial terms. No separate agreement required.
How is revenue calculated and paid to the event organiser?
Event organisers receive a revenue share on every TBH transaction completed at their event. The share is agreed in your partnership contract. TBH provides a full reconciliation report within 48 hours of the event and settles the revenue share within 7 days. For race events with pre-registration, pre-booking revenue is settled after the event date.
