TBH provides the system, the staff, the seals, and the reconciliation report. You provide the space and the runners. Works with RunSignup, RaceRoster, and custom registration platforms.

1Runner registers for the race. TBH gear check appears as an add-on alongside their entry.
2Runner pre-pays. Receives a booking confirmation with their unique QR code and PIN.
3On race morning, runner shows QR code at TBH check-in. Item is sealed and logged.
4Walk-up runners are accommodated at the walk-up rate and logged the same way.
5Post-race, runner enters PIN to collect. TBH staff confirm seal integrity before releasing.
6Race director receives a post-event reconciliation report and revenue share settlement within 7 days.

Does TBH work with RunSignup or RaceRoster?
Yes. TBH can be added to RunSignup and RaceRoster as a registration add-on. For immediate launch, a payment link embedded in your registration confirmation email also works with no technical integration required. Contact us to discuss which approach fits your platform.
What if it rains on race day?
TBH brings weather-appropriate equipment and storage infrastructure. For outdoor events, we plan for all conditions and bring weather protection for items in storage. Setup requirements are discussed at the quote stage based on your venue and expected conditions.
How are walk-up runners handled on race morning?
Walk-up runners are accommodated at the walk-up rate at the check-in desk. They go through the same process — item logged, tamper-evident seal applied, PIN issued. Because you have pre-booking data, TBH staff ratios are calibrated to handle both pre-booked and walk-up volume without queues.
What happens to gear not collected after the race?
TBH staff hold all uncollected items until the end of the agreed event window. The race organiser is notified of any uncollected items before TBH packs down. Uncollected items are photographed, logged, and the organiser is contacted to arrange handover.
