TBH for Transport Companies — The Bag Hotel

Partner Programme / Transport Companies

Train · Bus · Airline · Car Rental

Your passengers arrive. We take it from there.

TBH is the destination services partner for transport companies. We give your passengers somewhere secure to store their bags when they arrive — before hotel check-in, during a layover, or between connections. You earn commission per booking. We handle everything on the ground.

The gap we close

The gap between arrival and check-in costs your passengers hours.

Most travellers arrive at their destination before their hotel checks in. They drag bags through cities, pay premium rates at station lockers, or wait in lobbies uninvited. TBH closes that gap — PIN-secured bag storage within reach of every major transport hub in our network, pre-bookable from your confirmation email.

Partnership models by sector

Built for how each sector works.

Each transport sector has a different integration route and commercial model. Select the model that fits how your passengers book.

Train — Amtrak · Commuter Rail

Station Storage Upgrade

If you operate staffed bag storage at your stations, TBH upgrades the technology layer — PIN-secured collection, tamper-evident seals, digital tracking — while your staff or ours operate it. For layover passengers, Guardian locations near your major stations are pre-bookable through your app or confirmation email.

Revenue share on every booking through your platform

Bus — FlixBus · Greyhound · Intercity

Destination Services Add-On

Add TBH to your booking confirmation as a destination service. Passengers arriving in a TBH city pre-book secure bag storage at a Guardian location near the bus terminal before they even board. Simple payment link for immediate launch. Full API integration for scale.

Commission on every pre-booking through your platform

Airline — Budget · Full-Service

Pre-Arrival Destination Service

In your booking confirmation sequence, offer TBH bag storage at the destination city. Passengers who have already committed to the trip are in a high-intent spending moment — adding destination bag storage is a natural next step. Works within your existing ancillary service flow via API or affiliate link.

Commission per booking — same model as hotel and car rental integrations

Car Rental — Enterprise · Hertz · Avis

Return + Explore

Customers returning a rental car before hotel check-in or before a flight have bags and nowhere to put them. TBH Guardian locations near major drop-off points solve this — pre-bookable at the point of rental or at the return desk.

Referral commission per booking — no operational involvement

Common questions

Everything you need to know.

Do passengers need an app or account to use TBH?

No. Passengers receive a PIN when they check in their items. They collect by presenting that PIN — no app, no account, no registration required. The booking reference from their confirmation email is the only thing they need on arrival.

How does the commission settlement work?

Commission is settled monthly for recurring partners, or within 7 days of the event for one-off bookings. TBH provides a booking and revenue report at the point of settlement. No invoicing required from your side.

What markets is TBH currently operating in?

TBH is launching in Chicago in Q3 2026 and expanding to additional US markets through 2026 and 2027. Contact us to discuss availability in your key cities and expansion timelines.

Can the integration work with our existing confirmation email system?

Yes. The affiliate link option requires no technical integration at all — it is simply a URL with pre-filled parameters that you include in your existing confirmation email template. No development work required from your side for an immediate pilot.

What happens if a passenger loses their PIN?

TBH staff can look up the booking via the passenger's phone number or email address. Passengers are required to show photo ID for lost PIN collection. Every transaction is logged on the TBH platform with a full audit trail.
