Your spaces' first point of contact for onboarding, questions, and day-to-day support in the TBH World. Where English is not the primary language of your market, your local representative will communicate in the language your members work in.
A direct line to a senior TBH decision maker — once a partnership is confirmed, your leadership receives the direct contact details of a named senior decision maker at The Bag Hotel. At the end of the pilot we review three things together: foot traffic impact at participating spaces, commission earnings per location, and operational experience from staff. If the data supports it, we move to broader rollout across the Workfrom network. If adjustments are needed, we make them before scaling.

What does a Workfrom space actually have to do?
Accept drop-offs at the counter or front desk, store items securely during business hours, and hand items back at collection. The TBH Guardian app handles the transaction — check-in, PIN generation, photo documentation, and payment — in under two minutes per drop-off. No additional staff required, and no equipment needed to get started.
What if something goes wrong with a stored item?
TBH manages all customer claims under its own bailee insurance programme. Workfrom spaces are not required to negotiate with customers or accept liability directly. Can a Workfrom space set their own hours and capacity?
Yes — Guardians set their own availability and capacity limits entirely. A space can choose to accept storage only during staffed hours and cap the number of items they hold at any time. TBH works around the space's existing operations, not the other way around.
What is the TBH Insider model?
Every Guardian automatically becomes a TBH Insider — eligible to nominate other local businesses and earn commission for 12 months on every transaction those nominees complete in the TBH World. It's an additional revenue stream on top of storage commission, powered entirely by local relationships and existing knowledge of the neighbourhood. Workfrom's community of remote workers and digital nomads can also become TBH Insiders — nominating great local spaces in every city they visit.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. Workfrom spaces are free to offer storage or similar services through any other platform or independently. TBH does not require exclusivity. Guardians are independent businesses — TBH is one revenue stream among many, not a replacement for any existing operation.

Is there any cost or equipment requirement to join?
There is no setup cost, no monthly fee, and no equipment required to go live. Guardians use their own existing scale for their first transaction — the TBH Guardian app prompts staff to weigh the item and enter the weight directly. After a Guardian's first completed transaction, TBH dispatches a welcome kit — including a TBH branded scale, tamper-evident seals, and onboarding materials — at no cost to the Guardian. A small refundable security deposit is required when a space goes live, the details of which are shared during the onboarding process.
